A landing page is one page for one offer and one ad stream: the person has no choice but to read on or leave. A multi-page site is for when you have several services, each with its own audience, and you want to be found in search for each. If in doubt — we’ll figure it out on the call; a landing is often enough to start.

Yes, and sometimes I recommend it myself — when the budget is minimal and the task is typical. But a builder charges a subscription, limits anything non-standard and keeps the site on their side: you rent it, you don’t own it. My option is custom code: pay once, then only hosting, and no one can switch your site off.

You see the design before coding starts and adjust it at that stage, where a change costs minutes, not days. No surprise at the end.

Technically it’ll be ready for it: structured data, sitemap, speed, mobile version. But getting to the top is separate, long work, and promising it together with development would be dishonest. What you get immediately is a site you can run ads to.
