This policy explains how personal data you leave through the forms and messengers on ivaev.dev is processed. By submitting a form or messaging me, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who processes the data
The operator is Damir Ivaev, a self-employed sole proprietor, Tax ID 025406107028. Contact: Telegram @ivaev_dev, phone +7 964 964-50-20, e-mail on request in the messenger.
2. What data is collected
- the name you provide;
- a contact for reply — phone, Telegram or WhatsApp;
- the text of your request, if you write one (optional);
- anonymised technical visit data — if web analytics is enabled on the site.
No special categories of personal data are requested or needed.
3. Why
Only to handle your request: to reach you, ask clarifying questions, prepare a plan and estimate and agree on the work. Data is not used for newsletters, retargeting ads or sharing with third parties.
4. Legal basis
The consent of the data subject, which you give by submitting a form or contacting me in a messenger. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
5. Who it is shared with
Requests from the site are delivered to the operator via the Telegram messenger and kept in the conversation — with the operator only. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or other purposes, except where directly required by law.
6. How long it is kept
Until the purpose of processing is met (the request is completed or declined) or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that the data is deleted.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing at any time. To do so, message Telegram @ivaev_dev or call the number above — the data will be deleted within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies and analytics
To understand how visitors use the site, it uses Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC). It collects anonymised visit data — cookies, the fact and time of a visit, the referral source, on-page actions — and does not personally identify you. The data is processed under Yandex’s privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of collection with the official Metrica opt-out extension.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this address; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
